Sustainable Building Checklist and Guidelines
With a Green Building program already underway, San Mateo County wanted to involve cities more comprehensively in its efforts. Impressed by 450 architects' green building consulting services, the county hired our firm to describe, in writing, the benefits of green building. The resulting Sustainable Building Checklist and Guidelines outlines 75 areas of green design and construction that can benefit a project and the environment along with strategies to achieve those goals, to be used by property owners and all those involved in the building industry.
